About the event

In this full day workshop of intimacy practice we will explore the practitioners role in leading safe and consent based practice, how to work within Intimacy guidelines and how to build a safe working space.

It will be an open space to discuss how our physical practice can absorb the intimacy fundamentals and ethos to ensure the work we create, and how we create, is sustainable and accessible. As a group we will go through consent boundaries, working with touch, power dynamics and choreography basics.


BIO

Lucy is a Movement and Intimacy Director from the Midlands. She has a master's degree from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has trained and worked professionally as an actor and dancer. She explores physical storytelling and movement languages to enable character creation and embodiment, through devising in a consent-based inclusive practice.
