We’ll journey through key Cuban rhythms—Salsa on 1, Salsa on 2, and Rumba— exploring the dynamic interplay of lead and follow energies in group and partnerwork, the 'dial' of whole body musicality (from subtle to loud) and of course, footwork. This class is open to all professional movers, and offers a fresh way to explore the grounding principles of the body, as well as the relationship between movement and music - enhancing your practice with rich new textures and techniques.
No prior Cuban dance experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and energy!
