About the event
This class is all about feel-good movement, with a strong emphasis on musicality, including percussion. We'll start with a warm-up focusing on strength work and our natural rhythms. We'll melt into floor-work phrases, before gently building to more dynamic phrases, travelling with intention, and reconnecting to yourself, the space, and those moving alongside you. (Expect a sprinkling of acrobatic movement throughout, too.)
Who is it for?
Open to freelance dancers and anyone with experience in contemporary dance movement.
