About the event
Class description:
We’ll begin with a guided improvisation to connect with our bodies and explore individuality, flow and precision. Using a blend of instruction and open language, sequences will combine expansive and fluid movement with dynamic isolations. Content is embodied, detailed and playful. We’ll work together to find strength in individuality and joy in dancing with others. Expect a lively playlist and to warm down feeling lifted!
Guest Artist Bio:
Claire graduated from London Contemporary Dance School with Postgraduate Diploma in Performance, having completed her BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre at Trinity Laban.
Work includes; Beyond Words, CoDa Dance, Laura Booth, My Bit and Gaps in the Light (Lîla Dance), It's OK (Four Hands), Opening Ceremony of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games (Corey Baker).
