About Sara:

Sara Macqueen is a contemporary dance performer, choreographer and teacher. She graduated from Northern School of Contemporary Dance with a First-Class Honours (2014) and has performed and taught around the UK and Europe. Sara founded and directs Linden Dance Company alongside husband Christopher Radford, focussing on positive physical and mental wellbeing within dance spaces, for professionals, youth and communities alike and touring nationally and internationally. Sara was awarded the 2024 One Dance UK award for Health & Wellbeing in recognition of her commitment to designing and advocating for safer, inclusive dance settings.

Class Description:

Class will focus on mobilising and challenging the body whilst finding relaxation and individuality within technique.
