Class description:

Johnny will lead a fun and dynamic professional class focusing on flow, musicality and playful physical exploration. The session will use breath, gravity, sensation and subtle shifts in quality and tonicity to open up new movement possibilities. Through guided improvisation, travelling material and choreographic tasks, dancers will be invited to explore physical clarity, responsiveness, texture and pleasure in motion.
