About the event
India is a freelance dance artist based in Warwickshire, currently performing with Autin Dance Theatre. She trained at The Hammond School and graduated with a first-class BA from the University of Chichester, working with choreographers including Arielle Smith, Amy Morvell, Shaun Dillon, Antonia Grove, and Thea Stanton.
Her performance credits include Linden Dance Company, Hague Ensemble, Wired Aerial Theatre, and the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony. She also teaches widely, with credits including Performers College, Dance Cooperative Birmingham, Linden Dance Company, Ascension Dance Company, and the National Dance Programme for Sense under the direction of Lisa Simpson.
India is also a certified Bungee-Fitness Instructor, combining dance, harness, and fitness practices.
Class Description:
India’s classes offer a dynamic blend of soulful movement, music, and mobility—designed to ground the body and uplift the mind. Beginning with an energizing warm-up and intention-setting, guiding participants through fluid transitions inspired by primal movement.
