About the event
Claire graduated from London Contemporary Dance School w/Postgraduate Diploma in Performance & BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
Claire performed in the Olivier award-winning Angels in America at the National Theatre working with Steven Hoggett, Finn Caldwell and Marianne Elliott before continuing on to R&D for National Theatre Studio's New Work Department.
Claire has devised and toured new works nationally and internationally with; Beyond Words, CoDa Dance, Lila Dance, Tavaziva Dance, Highly Sprung, Four Hands, Filskit Theatre, Casson & Friends amongst others.
Aerial/vertical dance work includes performing; vertical dancing on cliffs with Kate Lawrence, CastAway on gyroscopic flying rig, aerial rugby player for Rugby League World Cup, Home w/Upswing Aerial for Coventry City of Culture 2021.
Large scale work includes; Opening Ceremony of Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.
